FISA Court Responds.

US Senate Trial. The US House of Representatives must use the Witnesses and Information that they collected that caused them to Impeach the sitting US President, to make their case in the US Senate Trial. The US President has the rights of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The US House of Representatives should only vote to Impeach when it has overwhelming Evidence that verifies the Crime or Crimes that the US President has committed. If the US House of Representatives has sufficient Evidence then Impeach and make your case in the US Senate Trial. The US House of Representatives will present their EVIDENCE and the US Senators will be the JURY. The only new Witnesses and Evidence shall come from the Defense to Refute and/or Exonerate the Charges of the Indictment.

The Charges listed are: Abuse of Power/Abuse of Office, and Contempt of Congress. If the US House of Representatives has the EVIDENCE, then Impeach and make your case in the US Senate Trial. The Evidence of the Defense should include:
