The EVIL Voted To Convict. Do you realize that the US Senators who voted to convict the US President are either completely ignorant of our laws or have intentionally disregarded them?

The US President was not allowed to have his lawyers be present at any of the hearings-depositions at the US House of Representatives.

Not one witness against the US President was cross examined by the US President or his legal counsel-lawyers.

The US President was not allowed to present his own witnesses in the US House of Representatives.

The subpoenas issued for documents and witnesses had many flaws and when witnesses went to court to contest them, the US House of Representatives withdrew them because they feared a bad ruling against them.

The US House of Representatives completely ignored the rights of the accused, and also said that Executive Privilege does not exist. They even had the nerve to say the US President should come and testify to prove his innocence.

The reason they are EVIL is quite simple, they attempted to create a narrative of a crime, with no direct testimony or evidence of the crime they were accusing was committed.

We call them the EVIL Un-American Radical Globalists-Democrats-Liberals because they all appear to be part of an international organization that does not have the interests of the United States of America or its US Citizens in their actions, but the opposite, its destruction.

The Enemies of the United States of America, have infiltrated and influenced the politicians and government officials, to destroy our laws, traditions, values, and histories, from the inside. They have been weakening US to conquer US.

For Those Who Have Forgotten. It seems many have forgotten that the EVIDENCE presented is from selected witnesses, and most is just hearsay. The Accused, US President Trump, was NOT allowed representation, cross examination, calling of his own witnesses, or presenting his own evidence. US Basic Laws And Rights Were Denied. Do you know your most basic rights? Here they are.

The Articles of Impeachment against the US President may be considered as Indictments, except that they do not allege a law or statute that has been broken. The Abuse of Power Article says the US President used his Office to withhold funding until the Ukrainian Government announced investigations into his political rival Joe Biden. The allegation was first presented in a whistleblower complaint. Here is that complaint.

The Whistleblower complaint itself states that the US President sought investigations into 2016 Election Interference. Joe Biden-Hunter Biden was an investigation that was shutdown due to Joe Biden pressuring Ukraine to fire prosecutor and stop the investigation. Where is it wrong for the US President to request the investigation be reopened, especially after Joe Biden bragged about what he did publicly at the Council For Foreign Relations? The whistleblower states at least half a dozen officials informed him. Who are they? The US President has never been able to face this accuser, or have the right to cross examine.

The US House of Representatives has brought forth Articles of Impeachment that do not meet the requirements of the US Constitution.

The US House of Representatives have violated the US Constitutional Rights of the US President and members of his administration. The previous Obama Administration with the help of DOJ, CIA, NSA, Dept of State, DOD, and even foreign allies, have attempted a soft coup against the current US President and his administration. Hopefully the United States of America will see Justice and the Rule of Law restored as well as Government Corruption removed.

Impeachment Update. Senate is in recess until monday. Monday closing arguments will be heard. Tuesday will allow Senate deliberations. Wednesday at 4 PM will be the vote on the Articles of Impeachment.

US Senate Votes For No Witnesses. God-Allah-Yahweh Be Praised. Now the US Senate should vote if the individual articles of impeachment meet the constitutional and legal definition of impeachable offenses. If necessary an additional vote can be made to throw out all evidence and testimony that violated the Due Process Rights of the US President. This will show the American People that the US Constitution and the Rights of every American are guaranteed and assured. The Rule of Law and Equal Rights Under The Law, must be restored to the public.

On another note, the former ambassador to the Ukraine has now retired from the US State Dept. This comes right after the Secretary of State met with various high officials and the President of the Ukraine. This would verify much of the evidence collected by the Dept of State and the President’s Personal Attorney. Corruption and Draining the Swamp are occurring and about to be prosecuted.

The US Senate should acquit the US President by throwing out articles and evidence as unconstitutional and illegal. The US House of Representatives failed to adhere the Laws of the United States and violated the Rights of the US President and those around them.

The Impeachment Trial Should End Today. If the US Senate decides to bring in witnesses, the trial will go on for months. The witnesses for the defense will be as follows:

Additionally, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and possibly depositions from Ukrainian Officials. The US House of Representatives Democrats are going to have their charges proven false, and their pay-for-play with US AID in the Ukraine will become visible to the entire world, and then investigations into similar schemes will be exposed with other countries, not to mention Puerto Rico.

You will remember that the US President has been denied Due Process in the US House of Representatives. The US Senate should NOT have additional witnesses for the prosecution, but should have, finally, witnesses for the Defense.

Question: Why Does Congress Believe It Is Above The Law?

This is what has been happening from beginning til now. The US House of Representatives has abused it’s own powers. It has denied the US President of Due Process during the Impeachment Inquiry. It has denied those Subpoenaed, the Agency’s Counsel, and the WhiteHouse’s Counsel, to be present. They failed to properly authorize the Committees with a floor vote. They have failed to pursue in the courts, many of the witnesses and documents they now desire in the US Senate. They have brought up charges that should be sent to the US Supreme Court to determine if they are even constitutional impeachment charges. They have failed to produce any direct Evidence of their charges. The US President has released both transcripts of his conversations with the Ukraine President. The lack of Evidence, the illegal impeachment charges, the lack of direct witnesses, the lack of Due Process, all indicate an abuse of laws and rights, or a complete lack of competence in regards to the laws and rights of the USA and its citizens.
