US Congress Is Denying Constitutional Rights. The Executive Branch has the Right of Executive Privilege, and the US Congress is bypassing this Right. The subpoenas are being issued but are the recipients being represented by Executive Branch Counsel and/or Private Counsel? Executive Privilege is being ignored, if the news reports are accurate. This means that all so-called Evidence will be Inadmissible due to Constitutional and Civil Rights violations.
The American People are seeing a Total disregard of our US Constitution by the US House of Representatives and a Failure of our US Senate to hold them responsible. The US Congress needs to uphold their Oaths of Office.
